I like to start my classes with the 3Ps: Perfect Pilates Posture.
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise to increase flexibility and muscular strength. It can improve your core strength and help maintain good balance and posture.
Pilates can improve back pain caused by poor posture, help rehabilitate after injuries and reduce stiffness in the older adult.
I come from a nursing background. I have always had an interest in the health benefits that exercise can bring. After starting a family, I decide to retrain in Pilates so that I could continue to help people improve their health and wellbeing.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates and a Level 3 Award in Pre & Post Natal exercise from HFE (Health and Fitness Education).
I am a registered member of CIMSPA, the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.
